All Sales Final:
All ticket purchases are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

Weather:
Event is rain or shine. No refunds due to weather unless the entire event is officially canceled.

Rescheduled Event:
If the rodeo is rescheduled, all tickets will be honored for the new date. If unable to attend, guests may request a credit toward the following year or transfer the ticket (if allowed).

Event Cancellation:
If the rodeo is fully canceled, guests may receive a refund of the ticket price or a credit toward next year’s event. Service fees may not be refundable.

No‑Show Policy:
No refunds or credits for guests who do not attend.

Event Interruption:
If the rodeo must stop after it begins (weather, safety, livestock issues), no refunds will be issued.

Program Changes:
Performers, specialty acts, and event lineup may change without notice. Changes do not qualify for refunds.

Lost Tickets: Electronic tickets can be resent with proof of purchase.
